How we work

We focus on one thing: keeping water out of North York basements. That means diagnosing the actual water source before proposing work, whether it turns out to be a foundation crack, failed weeping tile, poor grading, a window well, or a sump pump that can no longer keep up.

Because both interior and exterior waterproofing are part of what we do, our recommendation is not limited by the method we happen to prefer. Some basements are best served by an interior drainage system tied into a sump pump; others need excavation, a waterproof membrane, and new drainage at the footing.

We work on single-family homes, semis, and small residential properties throughout North York — from Willowdale and Newtonbrook in the north to Don Mills, Flemingdon Park and Victoria Village in the east.
